Every first Friday of the month Suffused presents "Suffused Diary" sessions with the freshest upcoming tracks and exclusive guest mixes from the brightest talents from all around the globe.

Kay- D also known as Krisztian Kajdi, was born in July 1978, in Ajka, Hungary. His interest to music dated back to his childhood, when he went to the conservatorie for 3 years, and played trumpet. In the early ’90s he started to be interested in electronic music, he was inspired by mostly german rave and trance genres. At his age of 16 Krisztian started to compose music. He had been working a lot with his nephew, the famous Hungarian producer, Karanyi. In 2002-2003 they composed some tracks together, and appeared as a live act together, in the most popular clubs in Budapest. After 2003 he didn't produce anything and focused on his studies for environmental engineer. The year of 2007 was a turning point in his music carrier when he got to know the newest music composing softwares and he started to compose music again. His first EP was relased in March 2008. Since that, 3 own albums, 21 EPs, and 62 remixes were released at more than 20 labels, and he took part on many compilations with his tracks. In 2009 he joined to Mistiquemusic label and subscribed an exclusive contract for his originals. He has a radioshow “Lost Continents” on Pure.Fm for 5 years, it airs every 3rd Thuesday, he always present his new works and actual favourites there, and he sometimes plays in clubs.

Nico Ferrero - Side B EP incl. Alfonso Muchacho, Ivan Stabile, Nufects [SMD051]

Nico Ferrero continues the EP series from the first 'Initalizing 2014' compilation, with 'Side B'. The young argentinian got an own spot alongside with various remixers like Alfonso Muchacho, Nufects and Ivan Stabile.

The original mix still sounds fresh, with a crunchy baseline and dreamy textures it contains Nico's very own, recognizable touch in mixing the elements with the right portions.

Alfonso Muchacho starts with a 2 minute long intro part spiced with clinking samples, after the baseline comes in the Muchacho-feeling is read to take over control, with plump rhythmic section and remarkable melodic affairs.

The NuFects duo from Columbia focused on the fine medly of groovy base and synth notes, wrapped into an energetic approach.

Ivan Stabile worked on a lively, detailed version, where the floating atmosphere walking hand in hand with the rest of the used samples. - Greyloop

Lithuania's Suffused Music has been one of the shining lights in the vastly over-populated electronic music underground. The labels passion for pushing emotional club music has been strong since its 2013 first quarter inception. This week finds the label celebrating its 50th release which will certainly go down as one of its biggest to date. One of Suffused Music's most loved artists has undoubtedly been Ewan Rill. The Russian producer has been a staple of both quality and consistency so it's no surprise that the monumental 50th release has been left in his trusted hands. At times in Ewan's career he's collaborated with fellow countryman Anton Ttx. In 2013 this studio partnership yielded several of Magic Room's most impressive releases. The duos first collaboration of 2014 is entitled 'Reason To Live' and it also celebrates Suffused Music's milestone 50th release. Ewan's studio creations always have a keen sense for the dance floor and the pairing with Anton only seems to make the grooves more infectious. 'Reason To Live' boasts a funky yet powerful framework which is accented with acidic bass tones, strong rhythms and a subtle emotional component which is particularly evident during the main break. This modern day take on progressive house shows Suffused Music is as much comminuted to pushing a contemporary sound as it is to showcasing the nostalgic tendencies of the old school. it's a fabulous track to commemorate the labels 50th release and they've also compiled one of their strongest remix teams to date which features Advent's Rising, Hugo Ibarra & Uvo, Magnetic Brothers and Magshine. - Release Promo

Andy Weed is back with his faboulous chill out track 'Womb' - which was featured on the second volume of  'Initalizing 2014' compilation - with brand new remixes presented by Alireza DP, Anton MAKe, Lucas Rossi and Tee-Ex aka Subconscious Tales.

The original track is a slow, dub oriented track with lots of beautiful space and atmosphere.

The 4/4 version's pack starts with Alireza DP's remix, which keeps the dub taste on lush, repetitive rhythms combining it with the main melodic parts.

Anton MAKe brought his cool spacey sound, with swirling arps, melted the whole milieu into a peak time progressive frame.

Lucas Rossi injected the true South American vibe on his interpretation, with slow progression and mind-mover, almost trancy textures.

Tee-Ex worked under his alias Subconscious Tales, with a subtle approach of synth layers and smokey stabs. - Greyloop

Exequiel Gomez has been one of the top new artists to come out of Argentina's electronic music underground. With a production career that started in the 3rd quarter of 2013 Exequiel has amassed a discography that includes appearances on 3rd Avenue, Balkan Connection and Massive Harmony Records. The 48th release on Suffused Music finds Exequiel returning to the label for his third appearance and a new single entitled 'Arte'. The track was one of the standout selections from the label's 'Initializing 2014' compilation which was released in January of this year. It's emotive harmonies, piercing atmospheric sweeps and deep, pulsating grooves all meld together for what results in a unique and inspired take on contemporary progressive house. Certainly one of Ezequiel's most mature studio creations to date and with a fine selection of remixes from Julian Rodriguez, Julian Marazuela and Nico Ferrero it's another excellent entry into Suffused Music's outstanding discography. - Release Promo

Anton MAKe - Without Looking Back EP incl. Alex Vidal, F-Act, MOSHIC, Robert R. Hardy [SMD047]

Anton MAKe had worked on a few releases for Suffused Music, this time he sparks with a fantastic original tune called 'Without Looking Back', inspired by spacey, spiritual themes and effected female voices. The original handled by care by artist like MOSHIC, Alex Vidal, F-Act and Robert R. Hardy.

The original tune has a gentle touch by an electronic guitar solo and a smokey sitar sample, surrounded with relaxing vibration.

MOSHIC takes the track into a more deeper and blessed way, with additional drum & percussion layers, and used a powerful lead synth to keep the energy level high.

Alex Vidal stay true to his melodic, uplifting vein, with lots of harmonies and silky textures he created a massive progressive atmosphere.

F-Act delivers his remix as the one that fits most in peak time sets, while the beats are setting the pace the laidback melody structure dont let the mind take over the heart.

Last but not least the Hungarian prog master Robert R. Hardy joins the party with an enormous remix, going high on a humming, coldharbour taste baseline, including all the lovely melodic parts from the original track. - Greyloop

The 46th release on Suffused Music sees the return of DJ Borra to the label. Bobby Nikolov aka DJ Borra hails from Bulgaria and first appeared on Suffused Music with his remix of Anton MAKe 'Vera' which was released in March of this year. Bobby has been a main stay of both System and OLD SQL Recordings in recent years. The Bulgarian producer's fresh blend of funky rhythms and trancy melodies is quite unique and it continues to earn him fans across genres. His debut single for Suffused Music is entitled 'Until I Fall Asleep' and it features the vocals of Britt. Electronic music fans are always drawn to well produced vocal tracks that don't necessarily fit into one particular genre. If you look at tracks like Satoshi Tomiie's 'Love In Traffic' it was a production that so many DJs played because of how good it was and because of how broad it sounded. 'Until I Fall Asleep' is a similar production. The tracks delicate framework is meticulously produced and the wispy vocal gates and soft harmonies give you a hint of what's coming early on. The spacious bass stabs carve out a wicked groove and once Britt's silky smooth vocals drop in the goosebump moments are plentiful. Borra's tasteful musical themes complement Britt's angelic vocals perfectly and the endless string of interwoven harmonies is positively divine. It's the most club friendly and accessible track Suffused Music has ever released and the selection of remixes courtesy of Andrees and Yakoff, Digital Department, Gvozdini, Napalm and d-phrag and The Element are exceptional. Lucas Rossi hailing from Córdoba, Argentina is an aspiring member of the new breed of progressive generation, following the south american vibe, built on floating textures. Lucas released tracks already on numerous labels like Balkan Connection South America, Mystic Carousel and Green Snake Records. As about Suffused Music he appeared on the legendary 'Initalizing 2014' compilation with his track called 'Return Of The Sun', alongside many respected artists. The track deserved a full EP, so we get our hands on this progressive beauty once again, with 4 different loads presented by Luca himself, Nico Ferrero, Lateral Cut Groove and last but not least Yuriy From Russia. The original mix is a traditional argentinian momentum, built on progressive foundation, operating with huge portions of melodic ingredients. Also we have the Sunset mix, where the baseline give a stronger clubby feel to the whole production. We should notice that Yuriy From Russia is almost works on every release that really counts in the progressive scene. He brought his deep approach, with progressive spice behind the crafty grooves. Lateral Cut Groove put the original elements in a hypnotic atmosphere, sending out the remix with a massive, pulsating output. Josel - Making Time EP incl. CJ Peeton, Marc Pollen, Sean McClennan [SMD044]

After the success of his latest single 'Jenny The Junkie' it was no surprise that Josel is back on Suffused Music with 'Making Time', a track that uses energetic Rhodes chords and stylish, mulilayered strings. The remixers tried to melt their musical ideas with the main elements. The original got remixed by Cj Peeton (the groovy), Marc Pollen (the laidback) and Sean McClellan (the deep factor).

The original mix combining the groovy side of deep house, with the floating structure of progressive tunes.

Cj Peeton turned back time and created a garage-taste baseline under the main synth notes, topped with driving percussions and addtional melodies.

Marc Pollen was more in a progressive mood, turning up the weightless atmosphere factor reaching a smooth overall output.

Sean McClellan shaped his point of view on a deep edge, with an additional bass pulsation. - Greyloop
