"After a series of successful releases with contributors such as Ewan Rill, LoQuai and Advent’s Rising making their mark on the label, Suffused Music now bids a welcome return with melodic variations from the Spanish coastal town of Vigo as Dr. Avalance and his Computer System take centre stage.  
The original mix is a unique blend of pounding beat and driving bass groove with Kraftwerk-esque computer bleeps and stuttered effects. A percussive house section and analogue motif ripples its way across proceedings to provide an 
atmospheric piece.  Duo, BoomCardona and Diego Gomez comprise the Cut Knob production outfit and with recent work signed to Reelaux, Axon and Stellar Fountain, their remix of “Computer System” is full of the pair’s trademark vibrancy and energy. A driving rhythm and repetitive arpeggio keep the track moving ever forward as elements of the Dr. Avalance original make their substantive mark post-breakdown.  
Argentinean Lautaro Varela from the Buenos Aries capital, fresh from remixes for Vurtical and Balkan Connection, provides a rather more stripped back affair. A deep grooved bass line provides the basis for a head-shaking percussive section to reign supreme as long sustained pads provide a haunting accompaniment. The addition of melodic themes from the original and an eerily twisted and hypnotic vocal cut, add further to the deep vibe.  
Final contributor, Van Bellen, brings the EP back to the roots of its Spanish progenitor. A similarly stripped back affair to its track predecessor, Van Bellen takes the components of theDr. Avalance original and melds them into a different shape. The Computer System vocal snippet is now pitched melodically to interact with a percussive arpeggio that provides further rhythm to the straight beats around it. Ewan Rill's real name is Ivan Romanovskiy. He was born in Siberia (Russia) on December 10, 1981. He grew up with love for cybernetic, futuristic and pure music. His career as a dj began in 1997. Ivan absorbed all good styles of electronic music and became a professional dj with a brilliant taste for music. And then he began to rise on the new scene, for 10 years he was absorbing the best electronic music, he learnt how to make club people happy. Now he has serious vision in electronic music and brings fantastic feelings to the world and shows how wonderful it is to listen and dance with real soulful music.

Ivan‘s first steps were in the Deep Dusk duo, the project still brings the fantastic tech house to Europe, mostly for Spanish and Italian clubbers with the support from all the famous underground music djs. Ivan has tried himself as a tech house and techno musician for the last 2 years, and he has been concentrating recently on his own vision in progressive house style to become one of the most exciting musicians on the electronic music scene.

SMD016 Jonatan Ramonda feat. Kelevra - It's So Late EP (Andrew Philippov, Andy Weed, CJ Art, Dj Lemy remixes)

As one of the most authentic leader of the Argentinian progressive house new breed generation Jonatan Ramonda find the time between remix requests and teamed up with Kelevra for an original tune called It's So Late. The remixes shows the strength of the originals from different angles, so we get breaks, psy and deep tribal interpretations from Andy Weed, Andrew Phillipov, Cj Art and Dj Lemy.

The original mix has an undeniable dark tone, with the sinister flow of the vocals. The combination of 4/4 grooves and breaks got together as a winner solution. Andy Weed kept the pace, and cleaned the sound a bit, while the strings stay the same, he carefully rearranged the presets of the synth elements, shaked well together with Kelevra's performance. Andrew Phillipov drops his well-known prog break weapon, with a crunchy baseline, and an extreme good, meditation-like soundscape in the breakdown, spiced with monks chant in the background. Cj Art the polish godfather of psy sounds impress us with a hypnotizing reload of the main chord progression on a psychedelic atmosphere lead by the massive groove, and surrounded by authentic percussion elements. Dj Lemy increased the tempo on the BPM counter, while his marching deep tribal interpretation try to keep the spiritual vibe of the initial track.

The 11th release on Suffused Music sees the return of Advent's Rising to the label. The Greek producer first appeared on Suffused Music with his 'Unexpected Conditions' single in June of this year. 'The Chant' is Advent's Risings newest single for Suffused Music and it comes with a great set of remixes from: Fiddler, Napalm and Progress Inn.

'The Chant' original is quite an enchanting sounding track. The energetic groove is surrounded with lovely atmospheres and haunting vocally pads which add such a heavenly vibe. The breakdown is pure cinematic bliss with a nice build as well that should serve the dance floor quite well. A gorgeous track from Advent's Rising. The first remix is provided by Fiddler who is returning to Suffused Music for his third overall appearance. The Hungarian producer is one of the more unique artists working in the progressive house underground at the moment. His remixes always offer something quite different from the original and are always great assets to any release. His remix of 'The Chant' completely reinvents the groove into something a bit more pronounced and chugging while the melodic elements of the record breathe perfectly above the groovy foundation. The second remix comes from Napalm who is also making his third appearance on Suffused Music. The Hungarian producer continues to shine whether it be solo or with his regular studio partner d-phrag and here he delivers a great remix of 'The Chant'. Always one for positive vibes Napalm adds a wonderful bouncy groove and soulful guitars to the piece that really rock. The final remix on the package comes from the red hot Progress Inn. The Serbia based duo have just come off one of the coolest EPs of the year for Vapour Recordings and here they've crafted a wicked remix to close the release out. As with all Progress Inn productions the grooves here are incredible and it's all the electronic intricacies that really standout over the course of its 10 minute journey. Suffused Music is back this week with their ninth overall release and a brand new single from T-Dallas. The well known Greek progressive house producer came up through the underground with a long string of productions on Deepsessions in 2011. His new single for Suffused Music is entitled 'Jukebox' and it comes with remixes from Ewan Rill, Kay-D and Napalm.

T-Dallas's dreamy progressive sound has been wowing fans for years and 'Jukebox' looks to be one of this strongest productions yet. The airy synths and clever beat patterns really stand out here along with a real understated melodic beauty. The squirrelly lead synth during the drop raises some great tension and the impending payoff is huge with some big sweeps and sonic sounds giving way for the rumbling groove. The first remix comes from the red hot Ewan Rill who is making his first appearance on Suffused Music. The Russian producer has slowed the tempo down just a touch and crafted a punchy, dynamic sounding mix that showcases many of the great melodic elements from the original. The second remix comes from one of Hungary's finest progressive house producers Kay-D. We have always loved Kay-D's impressive ability at creating dreamy, emotional melodies and he's done some exceptional work here again. The breakdown is absolutely breathtaking with so many emotional moments packed into the 2 minute drop and the epic finale is totally exhilarating as well. The final remix is supplied by Napalm who is making his second appearance on Suffused. The Hungarian producer remixed JOSEL's 'Jenny The Junkie' back in August and here he's crafted a great remix to close the package out. Fans of Napalm love his traditional take on progressive house with a focus on grooves and uplifting melodies. He seems like the perfect choice to remix 'Jukebox' as the result is a very club friendly, highly emotional track that rocks. It puts a perfect close to way is one of the best Suffused Music releases to date.

Digital Department - Tears of a Soul EP has been reviewed on ReleaseOfficial

Digital Department has been one Suffused Music's biggest contributors over the labels first seven releases. The Russian producer has appeared on three of them and this week he returns for a new single on the labels eighth release. The newest creation to come from Digital Department's studio is entitled 'Tears Of A Soul' and it comes with remixes from Andy Weed, Fake Truth and Jose Tabarez.

Digital Department's original mix goes down as one of his biggest sounding productions to date. The almost progressive trance vibe is very welcome though, it's melodic and epic but without a hint of cheese. The chord changes are super smooth and bring some amazing emotional content to the soaring atmospheres. This is a record that could really crossover into the cooler trance territory. Great stuff from Digital Department.

The first remix is provided by Andy Weed who is making his first appearance on Suffused Music. András Szabó aka Andy Weed hails from Hungary and we've been loving his productions over the last year. His remixes of Miraculum's 'Moonling' and Dio S. & Sound Travell3r's 'For The Love' were outstanding and his remix of 'Tears Of A Soul' is great as well. Opting for a much deeper vibe Andy has keep the tempo high at 128 but added a marvellous serenity to the record with soft textures and a delicate groove. Wonderful stuff from Andy.

The second remix is supplied by Fake Truth who is making his first appearance on Suffused Music here. We always love Fake Truth's productions, his breakbeat creations are always full of enchanting melodies and positives vibes. He's done exactly that here with his 'Tears Of A Soul' interpretation as well. The laid back vibe is really welcome and it complements the big progressive original perfectly. The soft and soulful melodies that flow through the piece are going to be perfect for a sunrise and the dreamy backdrop presents all the elements perfectly. Great work from Fake Truth.

The final remix on the release comes from Jose Tabarez who is also making his first appearance on Suffused Music. Hungarian producer Zsolt Beregszaszi aka 'Jose Tabarez' came up quickly through the progressive house underground after he first appeared on Mistique in final quarter of 2011. Jose has now amassed a very nice discography with releases on Stellar Fountain, Elliptical Sun, OLD SQL and now Suffused Music. Jose's 'Tears Of A Soul' interpretation closes the release out with a deep and soulful sound that's just wonderful. In slowing the tempo down and focusing on some amazing atmospheres and incandescent sounds Jose has crafted the perfect deep complement to the huge original. Top work from Jose and a really well rounded release from Suffused Music.

His latest work 'Jukebox' presenting a summerish theme in a floating robe. The pack also including three, tasty reworks by Ewan Rill, Kay-D & Napalm. The original mix starts with a driving melo riff, creating a perfect atmosphere in a few seconds. In the breakdown section a whirling guitar-like string takes the lead, head-to-head with the main string. Ewan Rill's haunting baseline just turns the whole track insane with a different touch on the melody section. Kay-D used the most of the original elements, while added his favourite presents and a bit of acid shaked together as one. Napalm absolutely switch on the afterburner, with a slow evolving build up, armor it with an anthemistic tune character...

Arseniy Somotov aka Digital Department has been pushing the beats since 2009 as producer, working mostly on progressive house and breaks tunes. His sound can be found on the repertoire of such labels like Morphosis Limited, Mistique Music, Spring Tube, Clinique Records and OLD SQL just to name a few. 'Tears Of A Soul' is a warm, melodic progressive track, with catchy implementation, which find it's home on Suffused Music. The remixes comes from Andy Weed, Jose Tabarez and Fake Truth. 

The original mix starts with a drum intro, after the baseline hits the ground we switch the travelling mode on. The liquid textures float through the whole track, creating a feel-good situation for all the listeners. Andy Weed is on fire at the moment, it's not a surprise he did a great interpretation with the recognisable Weed-touch on the main elements. Jose Tabarez injected some deep feel into his version, keeping the pace and characteristic of the original enriched the synth layers with new notes. Fake Truth created a tripping, progressive break version, where the main chords fit perfectly to the dreamy atmosphere.
